Program Support
CRI’s ruggedization and build-to-print operations are significant and growing, and continue to serve aerospace and avionics customers worldwide. A short list of CRI program and customer support includes:

Certification and Standards
For CRI customers, we know that certifications and standards are vitally important to their solutions as well as their decision-making process. CRI is ISO 9001-2008, AS9100, and AS9120 certified and is compliant with AS9102 First Article Inspection reporting. CRI, a division of RSI, Inc. is also a member of the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG). In addition, CRI designs and tests its products to meet, per customer requirements, a wide variety of aviation, military, and other standards, including:
- Mil-Std-810F, 810G (selected procedures - shock, vibration, sand and dust, pressure altitude, thermal, humidity, fungus)
- Mil-Std-901D Grade A and Grade B Shock
- Mil-Std-1474 Noise Limits
- Mil-Std-167 Vibration
- Mil-Std-461 for conducted and radiated emissions and susceptibility

CRI’s qualifications to provide ruggedization and assembly services are as unique as they are deep and varied, and we look forward to applying our capabilities and expertise to your challenging and mission-critical programs:
- We have managed many major manufacturing and assembly projects through design, development, test and production.
- CRI has a formal quality system based on ISO 9001 and AS9100 with Registration by BSI since 1999.
- We have applied AS9100 quality processes to many avionics projects / programs, including: F-16, Boeing P8A, Boeing 727, Cessna & Learjet commercial business aircraft.
- Our managers and engineers have extensive experience delivering Programs, both large and small, on time and with high quality.
- Our engineering team has extensive experience in development and testing of electromechanical assemblies for major military / aerospace programs, including: P-3, ES-3A, S3-B, Trident submarine, and Titan missile.
- Many of our staff members have previous employment with defense and space contractors, and fully grasp the critical nature of quality and reliability for field-deployable systems.
- We have provided thousands of systems used by soldiers, sailors, and airmen.
